A lot of them opt for grander and sometimes even crazy features that only the rich and famous can afford to have.

At-Home Airport

Travolta’s home is built on a residential airpark called Jumbolair Aviation Estates

‘Pulp Fiction’ actor John Travolta is an avid fan of aviation and is actually licensed to fly a variety of aircraft.

No wonder he found a way to incorporate his love for flying in one of his own cribs. The 66-year-old’s Florida home reportedly has two runways in its backyard.

Speaking in a 2014 interview, Travolta shared that the house was specifically designed to accommodate his jets and keep them as accessible to them as possible.

A Shark Lagoon

Travolta isn’t the only celebrity that’s found a home in Florida. Rapper Lil Wayne formerly owned a waterfront mansion in Miami, which definitely fit his eclectic tastes.

Aside from a skate park located on the rooftop of his estate, he got to enjoy the shark lagoon, which surrounded a portion of the home’s ground floor.

The ‘Sucker for Pain’ singer has since parted with the property selling it for $10 million in 2017.

A Nightclub Called TKO

It’s no secret that rappers know how to party but 50 Cent, aka Curtis James Jackson III, took his love for a good time to a whole new level.

The musician turned producer and actor boasts of formerly owning a sprawling 52-room mansion complete with an in-house nightclub called TKO.

A Wine Cave

Being one of the richest women in America, it comes as no surprise that media mogul Oprah Winfrey has developed a taste for the finer things in life.

Case in point is the mining tunnel-style wine cellar that the 66-year-old host has beneath one of her homes. The cave-like storage reportedly has room for a whopping 1,600 bottles of wine.and spans about 56 feet.

A Mansion Just for Dogs

If there’s a celebrity who would have a mansion built for their dogs it’s definitely heiress and former reality star Paris Hilton.

The animal lover shared that the two-story home, which has its own designer furniture and air conditioning, was created a smaller replica of her actual home.
